FAQ

Ordering, storage, reconstitution, packs, and wholesale — quick answers before you order.

Are products for human use?

No. Peptomi Labs supplies research-grade peptides and related materials for qualified laboratory research unless expressly permitted in your jurisdiction. Not for human consumption or clinical use.

Where do you ship?

We dispatch express Australia-wide. Checkout is limited to Australian delivery addresses.

How discreet is packaging?

Orders ship in plain outer packaging with no product names on the label.

How do pack discounts work?

Combine multiple catalogue lines on the Stacked page to see tiered savings. Discount tiers apply when the required number of eligible lines are in your cart at checkout.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes — for peptide stores and bulk buyers. See the Wholesale page and contact us for a quote. Orders ship about two weeks after confirmation.

How should I store my peptides?

Keep lyophilised (unmixed) vials sealed and frozen at −20 °C for long-term storage. Short-term cold-chain shipping at 2–8 °C is fine. Once reconstituted, store upright in the refrigerator at 2–8 °C and keep them away from direct light — store in the original carton or an opaque container. Do not shake to mix; swirl gently.

What should I use to reconstitute a peptide vial?

Bacteriostatic water (BAC water). It contains a small amount of benzyl alcohol which inhibits microbial growth, keeping the solution stable for several weeks. Regular sterile water lacks this preservative and the vial should be used much sooner. We stock bacteriostatic water in the shop.

How long does a reconstituted vial last?

Most peptides remain stable for 2–4 weeks when stored refrigerated at 2–8 °C in bacteriostatic water. Always label your vial with the reconstitution date and the volume of water added so you can track the clock and calculate concentration easily.

Does the amount of water I add change the concentration?

Yes. Concentration is simply peptide mass divided by total solution volume. Less water means a higher concentration per mL; more water means lower. Use the free Peptomi Labs calculator to work out your exact dose volume for any diluent amount and target quantity.
